DMK working president MK Stalin visited Kathiramangalam in Thanjavur district on Monday. Speaking to the protesters, Stalin alledged that the ruling AIADMK is now merely a slave of the Centre and could do little to fight schemes that were not beneficial to the people of Tamil Nadu. Notably, several other opposition parties also voiced their support for the protesters.
