After riding bikes without license for almost 12 years, narikuravas from Pettai area of Tirunelveli will reportedly be issued driving license. Around 50 narikuravas from this area, use their bikes to sell fancy items. Since they don’t have a license, a huge chunk of their income was reportedly spent on paying fine.
