A 28-year-old man who reportedly arrived at Chennai city at wee hours on Sunday in Gulf Airlines. The officials were suspecting that he might be carrying gold in his baggage and did a thorough inspection. According to media reports, they found a popcorn machine filled with decorative artificial flowers which made it look like a vase. The officials reportedly took it apart and found seven gold bars worth around Rs 24 lakh. The passenger has been arrested.
