Tamil Nadu on Tuesday, 21 May, reported 776 new cases of COVID-19 taking the total number of cases in the state 13,967.
Of the 776 fresh cases today, 79 are passengers returned from other States (Maharashtra - 76, Kerala - 1, Delhi - 1, West Bengal - 1). One person returned from Maldives also tested positive.
Seven persons succumbed to the virus on the date taking the death toll of the state to 94.
