TASMAC OUTLET IN CHENNAI RANSACKED BY WOMEN

Over 30 women ransacked a newly opened TASMAC shop in Pallavaram, Chennai on Monday night. The outlet was opened on Monday despite the local residents' protests against it. Reportedly, the liquor shops were becoming a huge nuisance to the locals.
The women gathered around the shop while crates of liquor were unloaded. They reportedly barged inside and broke many bottles. According to reports, around 20 of the women were taken into custody by the police.
