Prakash,a 20-year-old from Tiruvarur district was reportedly arrested by the local police on Tuesday for sexually assaulting a 2-year-old who was his neighbour. According to media reports, the parents of the kid have registered a complaint with the police and investigations are going on. The child has been admitted to a hospital and is being treated.
