A student of class 7 in Palayamkottai allegedly jumped from the terrace of her neighbour's house on Wednesday and died. Reportedly the girl in her suicide note mentioned that a teacher scolded her in front of other kids in the school because of menstrual blood stain in the uniform and bench. According to media reports, the parents of that girl protested outside the school until the police agreed to take action.
