Morteza Mehrzadselakjani of Iran is reportedly the tallest ever athlete in Paralympics. 8.1-feet-tall Mehrzadselakjani has participated in the sitting volleyball event in Rio Paralympics 2016 and has reportedly helped his nation to win against China, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Ukraine. Notably, Mehrzadselakjani, at his younger age, was diagnosed by acromegaly, which results in abnormal growth of parts of the body.
