Following AIADMK lawmakers' meeting with President Pranab Mukherjee, deputy speaker of Lok Sabha, M.Thambidurai asserted that the issue of Jallikattu was in the concurrent list, but Centre omitted our request. “We strongly believe by today evening the ordinance on Jallikattu will come into effect,” he added.
