Australian skipper Steve Smith on Monday was allegedly caught on cameras, using the words “f**king cheat” at India’s opening batsman Murali Vijay in the final Test at Dharamsala. This comes after Vijay seemed to have caught Josh Hazlewood off a Ravichandran Ashwin’s delivery. However, the decision was overturned by the third umpire after the on-field umpires called for a referral. During this period Vijay was convinced that he had claimed the catch cleanly and sprinted back to the pavilion to begin padding up for the Indian innings. Meanwhile, he was called back after the decision was overturned.
