Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the co-founder of the brand Steve Jobs was the son of an immigrant during his speech after receiving an honorary degree at the Scotland’s University of Glasgow. Cook reportedly said that even Jobs’ father Abdulfattah “John” Jandali was born and raised in Syria and their company is nothing without the immigrants. This follows after US President Donald Trump’s immigration ban.
