Srinagar Lok Sabha bypoll: 6.5 percent voters turnout

The by-poll for the Srinagar Lok Sabha seat reportedly happened on Sunday. According to reports, the poll recorded a terrible 6.5 percent of the electorate turned out for the by-poll. A large-scale violence marred the election and reportedly killed six voters. Following that, separatists called for a 2-day strike from Monday in Jammu and Kashmir to protest.
