WARNER STEPS DOWN AS CAPTAIN OF SUNRISERS HYDERABAD

According to reports, former Australia vice-captain David Warner has stepped down as the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, the Indian Premier League franchise, on Wednesday. Sunrisers Hyderabad CEO K Shanmugam reportedly said, “The new captain of the team will be announced shortly.” Earlier, Steve Smith announced his resignation as the captain of Rajasthan Royals following the notorious ball-tampering incident.
