KOHLI WRITES EMOTIONAL FAREWELL MESSAGE TO 'BROTHER' AB DE VILLIERS

Much to the shock of his fans, South African cricketer AB de Villiers on May 23 announced that he will be retiring from international cricket. The legend shared a video on Twitter announcing his retirement.

Having spent many years together under the franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League, Virat Kohli shares a close bond with the ace batsman. 

Kohli took to Twitter and expressed his emotional farewell message to his comrade. He wrote, "Wish you all the best in everything that you do my brother. You’ve changed the way batting was seen in the time you’ve played international cricket. My best wishes to you and your family for this amazing journey ahead 😃👍 @ABdeVilliers17."
