After defeating West Indies in the T20 series by 3-0, India is all set to play the ODI series which starts from August 8 (Today) at Guyana. Virat Kohli’s post-world cup loss decision to play in the West Indies series has really made his spirit high, especially after sealing the T20 series completely.
Ahead of the 1st ODI, the Indian skipper has shared a motivational workout video through his twitter space. The video is split into two screens revaling Virat Kohli’s workout session from July 2016 and July 2019. Virat is seen mastering his weight lifting technique and apparently, he has poted to showcase his consistency in maintaining a fit physique over the years.
Virat talked about how regular exercise has improved his mobility and body strength. “Always take more time to get the technique right before wanting to take the weight up. Same exercise 3 years apart, regular work & constantly focusing on technique has improved my mobility & full body strength too. So always be patient with learning something new” (sic), wrote Virat describing the video.

The fan wrote “Dear Kohli. Post your retirement from cricket. I really think you should not limit this to exercize and rather see it as sport. With your hard work and dedication I'm sure you can surely win a medal in Olympics” (sic)
