Team India skipper Virat Kohli gave an impressive performance in the first T20I against West Indies in Hyderabad. From his first shot to his last hit- Virat seemed to be on fire by scoring a superb 50-ball 94 on home ground.
The match got interesting after Virat smashed the bowlers all over the park with full revenge and fire within. An EPIC incident took place during the 16th over when Kesrick Williams was bowling and Kohli on the other end hit his ball for a towering six.
What caught everyone's eye was after hitting the ball out of the boundary, Virat imitated Williams’ own celebration- 'The notebook style.' He gave a taste of his own medicine by imitating his celebration while Williams only look at Kohli and smiled!
This moment truly explains his revenge to an incident that took place in 2017, when India was playing against Windies in Jamaica. It was then that, Kesrick Williams gave a send-off to Virat Kohli with a ‘notebook-ticking” celebration and the whole crowd cheered for him. Virat had then made only 39 runs!
