The ICC on Thursday reportedly gave a clean chit to the Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who was caught in controversy for using walkie talkie during the T20 international against New Zealand. Videos of Virat using walkie-talkie while he was sitting at the dugout in the Feroz Shah Kolta Stadium surfaced. However, ICC reportedly declared that he had acquired permission to use walkie-talkie.
