HITman Rohit Sharma scored his sixth test century in the ongoing series against the Proteas. He remained unbeaten at 117 on Day 1 in Ranchi.
In the 45th over, when he was at the non-striker's end, he had scored 95 until then. The sky turned dark and light shower was seen.
At this point, Rohit Sharma was seen looking at the sky and shouting "not now." With the rain threat, Sharma hit a century and scored his 6th test century.
India won the toss and elected to bat. The play was called off for the day with 30 overs left to play due to bad light and rain.
