Following the deadline to release and retain players ahead of the auction for IPL 2020, the IPL teams and their fans were excited as to who will be retained and who will be traded.

Some players went on to ask other IPL teams to trade their best players. One such fan asked RR to trade Sanju Samson to RCB to which RR replied if they are up to trading Virat and AB.

To which RCB replied that they can have Mr Nags and he will find a way back to them. Mr Nags is a Bengaluru based comedian. Later, the teams announced the list of players they are releasing and the players they have retained.

Now that the list has been announced, the Royals saw the chance and took it and tweeted "Thought you’d be bold enough to release Mr Nags for the #IPLAuction 😋"
