SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) wants Rashid Khan to use a new bat design named "Camel" in the coming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Rashid introduced the new design during a Big Bash League (BBL) match between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades in Melbourne on Sunday with which he smashed 25 runs off 16 balls.
The bat which has a depression on its back was termed as "The Camel" by cricket.com.au.
"They call it 'The Camel'. Thoughts on @rashidkhan_19's new style of bat? #BBL09," cricket.com.au wrote on Twitter sharing a picture of the bat.
In response, SRH asked Rashid to carry it along for IPL 2020.
Earlier in the match, a hilarious incident happened in the 17th over when Rashid bowled a googly that hit Beau Webster on the pads. The strikers appealed for an LBW. However, on-field umpire Greg Davidson started to raise his finger but changed his decision midway and scratched his nose instead.
Carry it along for IPL 2020, @rashidkhan_19! 😎 https://t.co/qP0WVo1S8v
