Ahead of the IPL 2020 which begins on March 29, all the franchises have been continuing their vigorous campaign. SunRisers Hyderabad brought back David Warner from a period of 12-months ban.
David Warner was banned by Cricket Australia (CA) from all international and domestic cricket for a period of 12 months for breaching their Code of Conduct after the ball-tampering controversy in South Africa. Therefore he missed a couple of IPL seasons for SRH.
However Warner returned to the SRH team and was also made captain for the team. Meanwhile, SRH made the first of its kind announcement for IPL 2020. SRH becomes the first team to announce the opening of ticket sales for IPL 2020 via their twitter handle.
"LIVE NOW #OrangeArmy, online sales for our games vs MI, KKR and DC are now open! Book your tickets now on http://sunrisershyderabad.in! #SRH #IPL2020," (sic) tweeted SRH.
