SHANE WATSON ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT !!! NO WATSON FOR CSK???

Shane Watson who is 37 years old, has now announced that he will retire from the Big Bash League that takes place in Australia.

Shane Watson played 42 matches in the Big Bash League scoring 1058 runs and picking up 20 wickets. He has led Sydney Thunder in the league and is the only batsman to score over 1000 runs for the side.

Shane Watson has taken this call in order to spend more time with his family. However, he will continue to play the other leagues across the world. It will be interesting to see if he comes back next year in the IPL, but all the Chennai fans will want him to come back for at least one more season.
