WATCH - ROHIT SHARMA CANNOT HELP HIS LAUGHTER AFTER BIZARRE SHOT BY BATSMAN

The first One Day International (ODI) match took place between India and New Zealand on Wednesday at Napier. India crushed its host by eight wickets.

During the match, Indian opener Rohit Sharma was left in splits after a bizarre by Trent Boult. Boult was the last man in after Ferguson was sent packing for a duck. Boult's bizarre shot against bowler Yuzvendra Chahal had Sharma laughing.

Boult attempted to charge down to meet Chahal's ball but it ended up as flat trajectory. Boult had to awkwardly defend the ball which had Sharma in splits. Watch the amusing video here:
