RCB are at the bottom of the table at the moment after having a forgettable season so far. Out of the 12 matches they have played, they have only managed 4 wins and hence have 8 points.
At this point, the chances of them making the playoffs are very slim, but still is mathematically possible.
They will have to win RR by a big margin,
MI have to beat SRH in a big way,
KXIP should win KKR,
DC should beat RR,
RCB should win SRH by a huge margin,
CSK should get a big victory against KXIP,
and MI should beat KKR.
If all the above happens, RCB will be able to get to 12 points and with an improved net run rate, it is still possible for them to qualify.
However, just before the game against the Rajasthan Royals, there is a lot of rain at Bengaluru. If the match does not take place today, that will be a huge dent in the slightest of chances they have to make it to playoffs. RCB fans will be hoping for the game to happen without too many overs lost to keep their outside chances alive.
