RAYUDU RULED OUT OF ENGLAND ODIS, REPLACEMENT ANNOUNCED

The BCCI on Saturday confirmed that batsman Suresh Raina will replace Ambati Rayudu in the Indian squad for the ODI series in England. Rayudu made it to the ODI squad after his excellent performance in the IPL season 2018. However, he has been ruled out of the series as he failed to clear the yo-yo fitness test.

Suresh Raina too delivered a brilliant performance in the recently-concluded IPL. He helped the Chennai Super Kings win their third IPL title with 445 runs. This entry into the squad will offer Raina an opportunity to keep his World Cup dreams alive.
