England batsman Jos Buttler who represents Rajasthan Royals in Indian Premiere League (IPL) is looking forward to yet another stint with teammate Ben Stokes in the upcoming edition of the tournament.
"I think it’s great to have that English contingent in the side, especially for us and the UK fanbase as well, which is nice to be growing,” Buttler told Espncricinfo.
“I think when you’re playing with guys that you know really well, and you share the dressing room with a lot, those familiar faces make new situations and new surroundings a lot easier, so there’s a lot of big pluses for us with that,” he added.
Buttler exhibited an exceptional show in IPL 2018 where he smashed 548 runs from 13 matches at a strike rate of over 155. In 2019 season, Buttler smashed 311 runs including three centuries in just eight games.
