Pakistan cricketers Shaheen Shah Afridi, Yasir Shah and Naseem Shah had invited and treated an Indian taxi driver for dinner as he gave them a free ride and didn't take money from them.
India Today reports that, ABC radio presenter Alison Mitchell narrated a story to former Australian cricketer Mitchell Johnson. The driver had told Alison how the driver was excited and she heard the story from him.
The driver picked up 5 players from the team hotel in Brisbane and took them to an Indian restaurant for dinner, however, he refused to take money from them out of respect.
They, in turn, invited and treated him for dinner. The video of Alison narrating the story went viral.
