The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has dropped Murali Vijay for the rest of the Vijay Hazare Trophy after he didn’t show up for the match against Mumbai on Thursday at SSN College ground on the outskirts of Chennai. Reports suggest that he didn't report for the match as he was suffering from shoulder pain. “Vijay didn't report to the ground and neither did he inform the selectors about his injury. It was very disappointing to say the least,” a TNCA official reportedly said.
