IPL 2020: MS DHONI SIGNS DEAL WITH CHINESE BRAND OPPO; FANS INSTANTLY REACT!

As IPL fever is all set high for the big day tomorrow; fans are excited to watch Chennai Super Kings (CSK) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) on the first day. Amid the much wait, a news is currently going viral where MS Dhoni has signed a deal with smartphone brand Oppo. 

This news came as a surprise when a month back IPL had to say goodbye to Chinese mobile-maker VIVO ahead of the season 13 and days later Dhoni signed a deal with another smartphone brand - Oppo, which is currently making headlines.

Amid the India-China clash on the LAC, the Indian government had banned 224 Chinese apps recently, citing threat to national security. According to a Times Now report, at a time to make the most of the upcoming cricketing season, Oppo roped in Dhoni for their campaign #BeTheInfinite.

Meanwhile, Dhoni commented on the same asserting that, “I am very excited to be a part of a project which aims to inspire people to push their limits and follow their passion. It is a pleasure to collaborate with OPPO as they have been at the forefront of pushing their limits in technology and innovation.”

Soon after this news went viral, people on social media have been pretty coy with the matter. Many expressed their opinion while others debated over the endorsement deal.
