Mahendra Singh Dhoni may be off the cricket field. But you cannot keep the man out of sporting events. After being dropped out of the upcoming limited overs series against Australia, Dhoni has been busy shooting commercials, and enjoying an easier schedule.
His latest promo is for the popular Pro Kabaddi League. The league has been a hit with the fans and this will make it even more special for MSD’s fans across the country. Rhiti Sports tweeted a photo of the former Indian skipper, trying his hand at the sport.

On the cricketing front, India did manage to get a whitewash against the Windies in the T20I series, but stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma spoke about the absence of Dhoni. Rohit said that it was a ‘big miss’ for the team and especially for the younger members of the squad.
“MS (Dhoni) was not part of the Nidahas Trophy in Sri Lanka also. MS not being in any team is a big miss. His presence in the team itself is a huge boost for a lot of the players, not just me, especially the younger players,” Rohit said.
Dhoni's exclusion from the squad became the subject of a controversy, with many questioning the former skipper's future in the 20 over format of the game. But, chief selector MSK Prasad cleared the air over the same.
