World cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni became the sixth cricketer to play 300 ODIs for India, after taking the field against Australia in the 2nd ODI in Kolkata on Thursday. The match is Dhoni's 303rd ODI overall, with the former captain having played three ODIs for Asia XI in 2007. Sachin Tendulkar has played most ODIs for India at 463, followed by Rahul Dravid at 340.
