AFTER RAHANE, DINESH KARTHIK TO GET SACKED FROM CAPTAINCY???

The Kolkata Knight Riders who had a good start to the tournament have lost their way losing 5 matches in a row now.

They are now lingering at the 6th spot on the points table with 8 points and will need to win all the remaining 4 games to ensure qualification. Dinesh Karthik has not been performing with the bat as he has averaged just 16.71 and there are some talks about his captaincy as well after these loses.

When asked about the possibility of changing the captain, just like Rajasthan Royals did with Rahane, coach Jacques Kallis has responded saying "No, We havent discussed it, nor it been brought up. So now there's been no talk about that". He also mentioned that it will be good for the team to get some runs out of the captain as well.

Dinesh Karthik did a very good job last year for KKR and having been selected for the Worldcup Squad as well, will be looking to take some positivity and turn things around for KKR.
