The inception of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has opened up the exposure of cricket to various countries.
While a lot of non-cricketing nations such as USA, Canada, Bermuda and so on try to make a mark into the sport, the latest addition to the list is Japan.
The ESPNCricinfo posted a picture on their Twitter handle which showcased Japanese cricket players in Japan's Under 19 Cricket World Cup.
Interestingly the players in the picture could be seen wearing Pink jerseys. It looks like the jersey colour was inspired by IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals. "Japan's #U19CWC kit, inspired by @rajasthanroyals?," (sic) tweeted ESPNcricinfo
