WATCH VIDEO: IRFAN PATHAN ALL SET TO MAKE ACTING DEBUT IN TAMIL MOVIE WITH VIKRAM 

It's time for Lights, Camera and Action for none other than Indian pacer Irfan Pathan. He is all set to embark on a new journey and will soon be seen in a South Indian movie. 

Irfan Pathan, is currently part of the experts panel in the ongoing India vs South Africa Test series. He took to social media and announced the good news to his beloved fans across the country.

He will be starring opposite South superstar Vikram, who is popular among his fans as Chiyaan. The movie will be directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu who has earlier directed films like Demonte Colony and Imaikkaa Nodigal. 

After taking to social media, excited Pathan captioned his post saying "New venture,new challenge looking forward to it". 

There are other two cricketer, who will also be seen on the big screen, CSK star Harbhajan Singh will debut in the Santhanam-starrer 'Dikkiloona' movie which will be directed by Karthik Yogi and produced by KJR Studios and Soldiers Factory. While, Sreesanth is roped in as an antagonist for Hansika Motwani’s upcoming project, which is also a horror comedy movie.

Coimng back to Pathan, he last played for the country during a Twenty20 International (T20I) match against Sri Lanka on October 2, 2012. In total, he has played 29 Test matches and took 100 wickets to his name. His batting skills were not that bad as he scored 1,105 runs in Test cricket.
