As the deadline for players trade-off between franchises comes to an end, we have a list of players who have been traded-offs so far ahead of auction 2020.
The IPL trade window closes on November 14 and eight teams will have to submit the final list of players who are retained and released to the IPL Governing Council.
News that made headlines was when, New Zealand pace ace Trent Boult left Delhi Capitals (DC) and joined Mumbai Indians (MI) even Ankit Rajpoot was sent to Kings XI Punja (KXIP), while Rajasthan Royals (RR) would get Krishnappa Gowtham in return. There were many more on the list.
According to Times Now report, the released players would head back into the player pool where they will join a number of other players who wish to find a franchise for the 13th edition of the league.Below is the list of the completed trades that have taken place so far:
- Mayank Markande with salary of ₹1.4 crore (US$200,000) traded from Mumbai Indians to Delhi Capitals.
- Sherfane Rutherford with salary ₹6.2 crore (US$900,000) traded from Delhi Capitals to Mumbai Indians.
- Ravichandran Ashwin with salary ₹7.6 crore (US$1.1 million) traded from Kings XI Punjab to Delhi Capitals.
- Jagadeesha Suchith with salary ₹20 lakh (US$29,000) traded from Delhi Capitals to Kings XI Punjab
- Trent Boult with salary ₹2.2 crore (US$320,000) traded from Delhi Capitals to Mumbai Indians
- Krishnappa Gowtham with salary ₹6.2 crore (US$900,000) traded from Rajasthan Royals to Kings XI Punjab
- Ankit Rajpoot with salary ₹3 crore (US$430,000) traded with Kings XI Punjab to Rajasthan Royals
- While the most recent one is Ajinkya Rahane likely to move to Delhi Capitals from Rajasthan Royals.
For the very first time, the IPL auction will be held at Kolkata on December 19.
