AMBATI RAYUDU GOES MISSING DURING RCB VS CSK CLASH, MATCH GETS DELAYED; 'INTERESTING INCIDENT' GOES VIRAL! 

The match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) was a treat to the Yellow Army fans as it was a one-sided affair where the Men in Yellow comfortably won the match by 8 wickets. 

It was Ruturaj Gaikwad, who was the star of the day with a match-winning knock of 65 runs. He found a good ally in Ambati Rayudu, who also came back in form with a stroke-filled 39 in 27 balls in the 146-run chase with three fours and a couple of sixes. 

During the match an interesting incident happened when Rayudu was looking strong enough to take his team over the line.

Suddenly during the strategic time-out, he was missing from the ground during Chennai’s innings. He left everyone baffled as Rayudu was nowhere to be seen on the field. 

After the 2:30 minutes break ended and all the players got into their respective positions, RCB found that the CSK batsman was missing. “We’ve got a missing player, that’s what it is. We’ve got no Ambati Rayudu. He’d left the field, we assumed for a bathroom break,” the commentator said.

According to a Hindustan Times report, the reason for Ambati Rayudu delaying the match was due to his upset tummy. The match was delayed for a couple of minutes more.

After he came back running on the field; he looked a bit tired. He also apologised to the RCB wicket-keeper AB de Villiers for the delay. The two were then seen laughing about something while Rayudu was wearing his pads and helmet in a hurry to get ready to face the bowler.

Rayudu could not stay on the field for long as he only faced three more balls. It was Yuzvendra Chahal, who took his wicket in the 14th over of the innings to give RCB it’s second and final wicket of the day. 

It was then, Gaikwad and captain MS Dhoni, who made sure to score big and took the team home in the 19th over to seal the deal with eight wickets in hand.

Even after CSK's majestic performance on the field, they are currently out of the tournament as Ben Stokes‘ led the Rajasthan Royals (RR) to a crucial win over Mumbai Indians (MI). With their win, CSK got knocked out of the IPL for the first time before the playoffs in 11 seasons.
