According to reports, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has postponed the 11th edition of its opening ceremony from April 6 to April 7 and the venue has been shifted from the Cricket Club of India to Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. The decision was reportedly made after requests by Committee of Administrators (CoA) due to forced budgets cuts of about Rs 20 crore.
