SunRisers Hyderabad suffered its first defeat in the ongoing Indian Premier League season after a splendid performance by Kings XI Punjab’s Chris Gayle propelled the team’s score to 193. SRH opener suffered an injury in the first of their innings giving a major blow to the side. Captain Kane Williamson scored 54 runs off 41 balls, while Manish Pandey knocked 57 runs off 42 balls. For KXIP, Gayle smashed an unbeaten 104 runs off 63 balls, the first century of this IPL season.
