India won by a massive 203 runs against England at Trent Bridge on Wednesday. After losing the previous two Tests, India was in a pressure to win the third. India now trails after England 1-2 in the five-match Test series.
Skipper Virat Kohli was announced the player of the match. During his post-match speech, Kohli said, "Dedicate this victory to the flood victims in Kerala. This is our bit we can do from the Indian cricket team." Kohli continued to praise the batsmen, bowlers and fielders who played spectacularly for the team.
Kohli also thanked his wife and actor Anushka Sharma and said, "I'd like to dedicate this to my wife who is here and keeps motivating me. She's copped a lot in the past but she deserves the credit for this one."
