ICC T20 WORLD CUP 2020 QUALIFYING FORMAT RELEASED; INDIA IN SUPER 12S!

While Australia is gearing up to host the ICC T20 World Cup between October 18 and November 15 in 2020, the Qualifying format for the tournament has been released. A total of 16 countries including Papua New Guinea, Ireland, Oman, Netherlands, Namibia, Scotland and top ten ranked teams will participate.
The tournament will have an initial two groups (A & B) spearheaded by Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Group A will have Papua New Guinea, Ireland, Oman, and Sri Lanka while Group B will have Netherlands, Namibia, Scotland, and Bangladesh. The top two teams from both the group will qualify for the Super 12 stage.
