Choirul Huda, a goalkeeper for the Indonesian top-football club Persela Lamongan reportedly died after a collision with a team-mate during a league match on Sunday. The 38-year-old collided with his defender Ramon Rodrigues and an opponent as he came off his line to challenge for the ball during a game against Semen Padang. He was rushed to the hospital where he died. Huda suffered a “traumatic collision” which led to a cardiac arrest.
