Deccan Chronicle reports quote International Cricket Council chief executive Dave Richardson as saying that football-style red and yellow cards would be among the measures considered as the governing body seeks to bring back a "culture of respect" to the game. Richardson made the announcement at a press conference in Kolkata on Thursday. It is also learnt that former Indian spinner Anil Kumble is to lead a player legends committee to recommend the sanctions.
