VIDEO: FOOTBALL COACH GETS RED CARD BY REFEREE DURING MATCH AFTER SLAPPING OWN PLAYER

The incident took place in the Serie D clash between Grosseto and Monterosi on February 16 which was bizarre and unusual.
The head coach has been identified as Lamberto Magrini, who takes charge of team Grosseto. He was shown a red card after slapping one of his own players at pitchside.
The incident happened when, Magrini substituted Riccardo Cretella for Mattia Ravanelli with 16 minutes remaining for the match. But surprisingly, the man going off the field reacted angrily, which the coach did not like.
Immediately, the coach responded to his behaviour by leaning over and slapping Cretella. This moment shocked and surprised everyone on the field.
Within seconds, Magrini was dismissed from the game as the referee came over to investigate and took an immediate action. Talking about the match, Grosseto scored a 1-0 win and ruled the match with a top move to Group E.
