FAN ASKS NAMES OF 5 PLAYERS TO BE RELEASED, CSK REPLIES IN VADIVELU STYLE!

The IPL Governing Council had set November 14 as the deadline for teams to trade in, trade out and retain players. And so, all the teams were on high heels yesterday to make sure their line-up is solid before the December auction.

The major transfers include Ravichandran Ashwin (from Kings XI Punjab to Delhi Capitals), Ajinkya Rahane (from Rajasthan Royals to Delhi Capitals), Mayank Markhande (from Mumbai Indians to Delhi Capitals), Krishnappa Gowtham (from Rajasthan Royals to Kings XI Punjab) and Trent Boult (from Delhi Capitals to Mumbai Indians).

Meanwhile, all eyes were on last time runner-up Chennai Super Kings, for the franchise was expected to make huge changes to its squad. CSK’s official Twitter handle also hinted on the changes by posting “Relea5ing tomorrow.”

One of the curious fans asked CSK to reveal the names of those five players, “Tell those 5 players name.” In response, the team posted a GIF featuring legendary comedy actor Vadivelu sighing “How do I tell you,” in a funny tone.
