Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is known for its cheeky social media presence ever since the launch of Indian Premier League (IPL). From giving loving replies to fans' posts to endorsing Tamil pride, we have seen it all.
Recently, a fan took to Twitter to ask CSK’s auction plan. “Namma auction plan eh solunga please,” the tweet read. In response, CSK shared a small video clip from the movie ‘Vetrivel’ featuring Sathyaraj and Vadivelu in which the former says the latter “Bujuku Bujuku Bujuku.”
Kolkata is gearing up to host the auction for the coming edition of IPL on December 19. A total of 971 players (713 Indian and 258 overseas) registered for the auction, out of which the franchises shortlisted 332. The eight teams will look to fill 73 slots, and a maximum of 29 overseas players can be picked.
CSK had released five players including Sam Billings, Chaitanya Bishnoi, Dhruv Shorey, David Willey and Mohit Sharma ahead of the auction.
