India batsman Yusuf Pathan who had failed a dope test during a tournament last season will be available for the Indian Premier League Player Auction 2018. Yousuf was handed a five-month ban by the BCCI after the urine sample provided by him on March 16, 2017, was tested and found to contain 'Terbutaline'. Pathan's suspension has been backdated from August 15, 2017, and he will be eligible to play from January 14.
