In a video released by the player, he can be seen seated at his hotel accommodation in Dubai. He said, “Thank you so much for your lovely wishes and prayers. I have recovered well and hopefully will be in action soon.” CSK posted this on their twitter handle along with a video of the Indian T20 player doing lower body weight training.

The player has been forced to stay inside after completing six-days of quarantine. However, the player can only begin practice after another round of testing which is scheduled for Thursday. If the report returns negative once again on September 3, then he will begin practice from September 4 according to officials.
