WATCH: BATSMAN ACCIDENTALLY HITS BOWLER, HE REACTS BY THROWING DOWN THE STUMPS

South African Cricketers Dale Steyn and AB de Villiers are known to be one of the greatest players in their team. Currently, the duo are playing in the 2019-20 edition of the Mzansi Super League (MSL).

De Villiers is playing for The Spartans, while Steyn is making a good mark with Cape Town Blitz. Looking at the table chart, the Spartans have lost a solitary game thus stand third in the points table. While, Steyn’s Cape Town Blitz are lower than that. 

On December 1, when the Blitz and the Spartans faced each other at the Newlands- it made headlines as both the players were involved in a funny moment that was captured on camera. 

During the 14th over, when AB de Villiers was batting; he couldn’t time the ball and hit it straight back to Dale Steyn. After which he immediately apologized but Steyn decided to continue the fun.

The fun did not end there as the paceman came forward and threw the stumps down, walking up to the batsman. Steyn even raised his finger and De Villiers put the stumps back in place. 

This moment made everyone laugh and even the commentator narrated about the camaraderie. Sadly, just four balls away, Villiers  gave a simple caught and bowled chance to Steyn. 

By the end of the game, the Blitz went on to win the match by 15 runs. Watch the video below:
