CSK AN AGED TEAM? HERE’S WHAT SURESH RAINA SAYS

Chennai Super Kings, the Indian Premier League franchise, has more players in the age group 30-40 and has been labelled as an ‘aged team’. Dhoni, Dwayne Bravo, Shane Watson, Imran Tahir and Harbhajan Singh have crossed the 34-year mark. However, the age factor didn’t stop the franchise from entering the playoffs along with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, CSK batsman Suresh Raina has trashed the age factor and said that experience is very important. Raina reportedly said, “People have been saying that our team is quite aged, but you need experience. All credit goes to Dhoni as you can see he is playing freely. In the IPL, he has shown that he can still play very well despite being 35-36.”
