The ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2019 is grabbing headlines on leading channels after West Indian fast-bowler Krishmar Santokie bowled a massive no ball and huge wide during a recent game.
In a recent match between Sylhet Thunder and Chattogram Challengers, Santokie bowled a huge wide in his third delivery and then came no-ball in a few minutes.
His actions on the field has raised eyebrows and made journalists, ex-players, fans and officials suspicious as his foot was way over the line. The incident occurred during the opening over of the match.
In the video, Santokie, was bowling to batsman Avishka Fernando from over the wicket; his delivery exceeded the white line down the leg side.
Hours after this news going viral, Sylhet Thunders team director Tanjil Chowdhury has requested Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to investigate the matter.
At a recent press conference, Sylhet captain Mosaddek Hossain said that he did not want to comment on the no-ball issue and had not paid attention to that delivery.
